SOMETHING TO DRINK
Taps 1-4

Half time blood bath      Blood Orange Gose

My version of a beer from Tumut River Brewing and Dalgetty Brewing released a few years back called 'Here Gose Nuthin'.

A light malt base sits gently under a good helping of BloodOranges in the boil.

Some added salt and sour yeast provides a crisp, tart and sweet experience.

Light on body, zingy in the mouth and super refreshing.

This is one of my favourite brews.

Hopgoblin           Ruby Red Ale

The Hobgoblin Ruby Ale from Wychwood Brewery in England is an all time fave of mine. I brew it every so often.

This version is from a Fresh Wort Kit(FWK) made by ESB Brewing in Sydney.

This was a limited release and was available right when I was looking to a new batch of my own.

Rich malt and toffee notes compliment the soft dried fruits that come late on the palette.
